Description of communication units LEVEL
Communication units LEVEL are designed for hidden installation in vehicle cabin
or in cargo space. For correct functionality the unit must be equipped with a
SIM card for transmission of data and positions in the POSITREX system. Transmission
of data is done via the most cost-effective way using the GPRS transmission. Detailed
information about the units can be found here. The user can use his own SIM card
or use the offer of provider of the system.
Communication unit POSITRA GC 072 230 F
Unit intended for use for companies or private persons and provides mainly localization
of vehicle, creation of electronic book of rides and GSM transmission of alarm status (SMS, ringing)
from installed vehicle security devices to predefined phone numbers. Its main advantages
are easy installation and low price. Unit can be equipped with trip type switch (business/private)
on request.
Communication unit PROFICAR GB 060 515 F
Unit intended for use mainly for companies that require not only the basic features
of vehicle localization, electronic book of rides and GSM transmission of alarm (SMS, ringing)
but also additional functionality such as temperature measurement, listening and calling to
the vehicle cabin, fuel consumption measuring, connecting external display for SMS communication
with vehicle crew and connection of PDA or laptop for navigation during driving. This unit
is delivered with the Control Panel configuration software for changes of configuration,
customer modification can be ordered from the application technicians of the manufacturer.
Communication unit CAR ALARM GB 060 515 C
Unit intended for use mainly for companies that require not only the basic features
of vehicle localization, electronic book of rides and GSM transmission of alarm (SMS, ringing)
but also additional features such as vehicle cabin and cargo space security. The unit is
equipped with wireless access card. The vehicle is secured at all times, after ignition
is switched on, the unit starts searching for presence of the wireless card.
When the wireless card is not found or leaves the proximity of card reader, the unit
performs a silent alarm via SMS and ringing to predefined phone numbers. Vehicle can be
safely stopped via SMS command to shut off the engine when speed decreases under 10 kmh. Car alarm
unit is also equipped with emergency button that starts an alarm in case of accident or
emergency situation, optionally it can be also equipped with microwave or ultrasonic
space sensor for cabin security, hood sensor for cargo space security or tilt sensor for
prevention of towing. The communication unit can also be connected to a PDA or laptop
for navigation during driving and external display for SMS communication between the
vehicle crew and dispatch center.
Personal communication unit TRACKER GC 007 100
Unit provides localization and summarization of movement. It also provides voice
communication with any phone, it has one button for sending predefined SMS, three buttons
for quick dialing to predefined numbers and one emergency call button.
The unit is very compact and can be implemented in the system instantly, it requires
no installation. Suitable use is for tracking children, elderly people, etc.

Communication units LEVEL fully support SMS communication with configurable parameters,
output settings, capturing measured values and transmission of alarms to predefined
phone numbers or dispatch centers.
Communication unit GB 060 was awarded with the Crystal disc at the INVEX exhibition
in 2001.
